Services

Dave's Lawn Service provides lawn mowing, trimming and edging, yard clean-up, and junk removal services as described on this website and in your individual quote. Scope of work for each visit is confirmed before service begins.

Scheduling

Recurring mowing visits run on the schedule agreed at signup. Weather delays may shift your service day; we'll notify you as soon as a change is needed.

Payment

Payment terms are confirmed at the time of your quote. Recurring mowing customers are billed on an ongoing basis; one-time clean-up and junk removal jobs are billed on completion, unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations

Scheduled visits can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge.

Satisfaction guarantee

If you're not satisfied with a completed visit, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.

Property access

Please let us know in advance about any underground utilities, irrigation lines, pets, or fragile landscape features on your property before your first visit.
